You are responsible for keeping your account information current. WC99 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact WC99 support immediately. WC99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• One account per person, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• Account sharing between multiple users is not permitted.
• Providing false registration information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• WC99 may require identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on WC99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WC99 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your WC99 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. WC99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile wallet providers. WC99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside WC99's control.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through the Cashier section of your WC99 account, subject to the conditions outlined in this section and on the Withdrawal page of the platform.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. WC99 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are listed in the Cashier section and may be updated periodically.

• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This may include submitting a valid CNIC or other identity document.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per player, household, device and IP address.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play
